The Victorian Agribusiness Council Inc., in conjunction with the Ovens Murray Ag Biz Alliance will hold the 15th Victorian Agribusiness Dinner and Summit in the prime agricultural Ovens Murray region of Victoria.
The global trade in food and fibre demands products to have a comparative advantage and satisfy new purchasing criteria. For producers, an in depth knowledge of the ever changing supply chain and ability to innovate through digital technology are necessary management strategies to improve productivity.
Traceability, authenticity, provenance, assurity of food safety, social and environmental accountability are increasingly part of the consumer purchasing decision making process.
